Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age to use m8media.co.in. Creating an account with false information or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Liability

M8Media is not liable for financial losses incurred through colour trading on this platform. All games involve risk and outcomes are determined by a certified RNG.

We are not responsible for losses arising from technical failures outside our control, including internet outages or third-party payment delays.

Intellectual Property

All content on m8media.co.in — including game logic, design, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of M8Media. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M8Media's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to any claim.

We do not guarantee specific winnings or outcomes from colour trading. Past round results do not indicate or predict future results in any way.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates third-party payment gateways including UPI and PhonePe. M8Media is not responsible for delays or failures caused by these providers.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report suspected breaches immediately to info@m8media.co.in.

Your Rights

You have the right to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance at any time by contacting our support team at m8media.co.in.

Changes to Terms

M8Media reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of m8media.co.in after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
